Return Information
You have the right to return your order within 8 days after its arrival.
Products can easily be returned. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping carrier. This applies to both returns of unsatisfactory products and defective items.
Most packages will include a return label. If you do not find one inside your box, please email us at info@rvpshop.com, and we will send it to you digitally. You can print the label and include it with your return package.
Note: Only products in NEW condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns with visible signs of use. “New” means unopened products in their original packaging that have never been used.
Once we receive and verify your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
We comply with all applicable laws in the UAE regarding returns and refunds.
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time to stay in line with legal requirements.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at info@rvpshop.com or call us at +971 54 397 6321. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. After reviewing your request, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
Return Label
A return label will be included in your package. Returns are free of charge if the item was received damaged or incorrect.
For non-defective returns, return shipping costs apply.
Refund Details
Once we receive and approve your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified once your refund is completed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Restocking Fee
A flat fee of AED 20 will be applied to non-defective, correctly delivered items that are returned or exchanged.
